Why Did I Start Compass Project Partners?
I started Compass Project Partners because I wanted to help people with their home renovation journey. I understand that renovating can feel overwhelming, with plenty of questions along the way: Where do I start? Who can I trust? How do I know I’m getting fair value?
In moments like these, it can make all the difference to have someone in your corner, someone who can guide you through the options and keep things clear. That’s where I come in. I created Compass Project Partners to bring my skills and experience to the table and support you through the ups and downs of renovations, helping you make confident decisions and move forward with clarity.
I work in the industry full time, as well as operating Compass Project Partners on a part time basis.
My Background
I’m a construction project management professional with 19+ years’ experience across commercial, retail, public space, sporting, health and education assets. I currently lead complex capital works projects (typically $250k to ~$20m).

Project Manager
I’m currently delivering multiple concurrent capital works packages under State Government requirements.

- I deliver projects across Queensland
Operations Manager
I led precinct operations for a high‑profile CBD destination, with accountability for service performance, compliance and financial governance across diverse asset classes.
- I governed ~$10m OPEX and ~$3m CAPEX portfolios
- I delivered precinct capital works and tenancy programs
Retail Facilities
As Retail Facility Manager I supported operations, compliance and capital works delivery in large metropolitan shopping centres (QLD).
- I managed critical services contracts, audits and compliance obligations
- I administered OPEX and CAPEX budgets ($1m–$5m)
- I delivered capital upgrade works and fit‑outs
- I supported major retail developments through strong stakeholder and contractor coordination

Trade‑qualified carpenter, building strong on‑site delivery, safety and constructability foundations.
