Building or renovating a home or a business space can be an incredibly emotional journey, and it’s completely normal to feel a bit overwhelmed by it all. 

I’m here to sit on your side of the table as an independent advocate. I work exclusively with people like you, homeowners and business owners, to help navigate the ups and downs of renovations, custom builds, and fitouts.

My goal is to make sure you feel heard, protected, and supported. 

The construction world can sometimes feel like it's working against you. I’m here to act as your safety net, working to try and ensure that you don't get overcharged or misled.

I provide the clear, honest perspective you need to spot potential issues before they turn into expensive headaches or heated arguments. 

By helping you to make informed, confident decisions from the start, I usually find that the peace of mind (and the tangible project cost savings) far outweigh the cost of having me by your side.

I can help you with project elements such as budgets, consultants, contractors, disputes, designs, contracts, variations, and construction issues.

I can also help if you are partway through a project and things are not going well. I can work with you to find options and pathways through unique, complex, and difficult project situations.

I support projects with values ranging anywhere from $10,000 to $500,000 approx.

My engagement process is deliberately transparent and client‑focused.

My engagement is very conversational. I want to hear what you have to say and help you to navigate through the issues. 

Initial Phone Conversation (no charge)
An upfront phone call conversation for me to gain a clearer picture of your project and goals. This will help me understand if I my services can assist you and add real value to your situation. 

Simple Fee Structure

You pay a once off fee for unlimited consultation (emails and phone calls) regarding any questions and queries you may have throughout your projects lifecycle. The fee is a quoted, once off cost, based on the complexity of your project (excludes site visits).

Site Visits

If you would like me to attend site at any point, you simply pay a standard set fee for each visit.
